Health monitoring test

Blood pressure:

Systolic pressure – 123 , Diastolic pressure- 50 , Resting HR- 71

Comparing my results to the results shown in the table as my systolic and diastolic pressure are elevated and my resting heart rate if I look at the age 18-25 its above average . So to improve my blood pressure and resting heart rate I should increase levels of physical activity , managing stress levels , improving quality of sleep and staying hydrated.

BMI (Body Mass Index):

Height – 1.63 cm Weight – 66kg Total- 66/(1.63)^2 = 24.8

Comparing my results to the results shown in the table as my BMI is Normal.

Waist-Hip ratio:

Waist – 82 Hip – 102 Total – 82 /102 = 0.80

Comparing my results to the results shown in the table as my waist to hip ratio is Average. So to improve my waist to hip ratio I should increase levels of physical activity , maintaining a healthy diet, having lifestyles changes such as staying hydrated , getting enough sleep and managing with stress levels .
